or do other people suddenly realize how totally awesome and amazing their friends are and then get all smiley and giggly when they have another realization that they get hang out with those friends whenever they want?
Because that happened to me at work today.
And it put me into an amazing mood :)

I’ve been writing in a journal for almost three weeks now.
It’s been soothing, relaxing, and peaceful. For the first time in my life, I feel as though what I am writing is actually helping me.

My house smells like our Christmas Tree
One of my favorite things about Christmas.

-Beautiful holiday lights that make simple trees look gorgeous.
-Christmas themed TV episodes.
-Christmas themed movies.
-Gingerbread cookies.
-The chilly, cold air in which one can wear peacoats, scarves, mittens, cute hats, and boots.
-Gift wrap and bows :)
-Adorable snowman, santa, and penguin figurines.
-Buying surprise gifts for people I love.
-Christmas lights.
-Nutcrackers.
-Lovely jazz, blues, and classical music.
-The Nutcracker Ballet.
-Family bonding time. :D

I was looking through pictures on my computer and came across these. Portland love. The best bookstores, music scene, food, people. I could go on and on. I took my first trip to in May, and I can’t stop thinking about when my return trip may be. Dear Portland, I love you. Tasty and Sons? I miss your food.
